SHIPPING POLICY
Lowveld Trails Co. online orders are currently shipped domestically within South Africa, with our preferred courier company, at a standard rate of R109.00 (incl. VAT), unless otherwise indicated. The standard shipping rate does not apply to ‘outlying areas’; we will contact you should your delivery address fall within an ‘outlying area’.
The Domestic Shipping Process:
Following completion of your order, and receipt of your payment within 24 hours of checkout, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days, after which it will be dispatched with the courier company to arrive at your delivery address within 7-10 business days, provided that the product is in stock and that there are no delays due to exceptional circumstances.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with details and tracking information.
Unfortunately, we do not ship orders to addresses outside of South Africa.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Lowveld Trails Co. want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason this is not the case, we offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery of your order.
In order to qualify for an exchange, the product/s must be undamaged, unworn and unwashed. The garment/s need to be returned in the original packaging and all tags need to be attached.
To request an exchange please email us with the details of your order.
The shipping costs relating to the exchange will be at your own expense.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges on sale or mark-down items.
Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase and do not wish to exchange the product for something else, you are required to “request a refund” for your order within 14 days of delivery. A refund will only be accepted if the garment/s are undamaged, unworn and unwashed. The garment/s need to be returned in the original packaging, and all tags need to be attached.
To request a refund please email us with the details of your order.
Following the return of the garment/s to Lowveld Trails Co. and inspection of the items, we will confirm if your request for refund has been approved, after which your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.
Refunds will only be processed to South African bank accounts.
The shipping costs relating to the return will be deducted from the total value of your refund amount (if applicable).
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale or mark-down items.
Defective or Damaged Product
If you should receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately and we will take care of it.
